1. Service Description

firstoffer.ai provides AI-powered career tools including Career Roadmap, ATS Score Checker, and Resume Builder for Indian job seekers. These tools are for informational purposes and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

2. Credits System

New accounts receive 10 free credits upon signup.
Additional credits can be purchased via Razorpay.
Credits never expire and are non-transferable.
Credits are deducted per tool use as specified on our Pricing page.
Unused credits from paid packs are refundable within 7 days if no credits have been used.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms.
Refunds are available within 7 days for unused credit packs.
Once credits are used, no refund is available for those credits.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Do not use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI tools.
One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.

5. Intellectual Property

Resumes and roadmaps generated by firstoffer.ai belong to you. Our platform, brand, and underlying technology belong to TechShuttle Private Limited.

6. Disclaimer

Our AI-generated content is for guidance only. We do not guarantee job placements, interview callbacks, or salary outcomes. Career results depend on individual effort and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

firstoffer.ai and TechShuttle Private Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
